I have a date

I finally know when I'll be leaving. Monday at 6:15am. I called the consulate and my visa should be in my passport by Monday morning. That is if they get it tomorrow. I had to run around today and get a money order ($65), one colour passport sized photo which was maybe $4-5 dollars but of course I had to pay for 4, then I had to fedex that and my passport to Vancouver (~$20) so I'm out a bit of money and I don't even get anything but a stamp or sticker in my passport. I would pay for that.
Now, instead of spending the night in Vancouver, I'm only there for enough time to go to the consulate and pick up my passport and run back to the airport. I leave for Seoul at noon. Wait a minute, I forgot to mention that that wasn't confirmed. I spoke to a travel agent who told me the credit card number she was given was maxed out. Of course with time differences that can't be straightened out until tomorrow. I'm remarkably unconcerned actually. At least it gives me time to back because I haven't packed a thing. That seems like enough for today I think especially since not much happened really.

First post

So I've decided to start blogging. It's the day before I leave. My tickets should be here tomorrow. I still have no idea exact times I'm leaving or even which airline. I should probably start packing though.
Later that day....
It turns out that I'm not leaving tomorrow because of flight times or something and I won't have enough time in Vancouver. So I need to call the consulate tomorrow to see if I can have my passport couriered to them and if I can just pick it up in Vancouver. Then on whatever date they say it will be ready will be the day I leave. Basically I have no idea when that will be but probably not for another few days.
